Open Vouch AI on your iPhone and go to Settings > Safety Net Contacts. Tap + Add Contact, enter your caregiver's name and mobile phone number, toggle the Caregiver SMS Consent switch to confirm permission, and save. When 3 consecutive retry alarms go unacknowledged, an automated SMS alert will be delivered to them.
No. Your caregiver receives standard SMS text messages on their mobile phone number. They do not need to download Vouch AI, create an account, or remember a password.
All Vouch AI subscriptions and free trials are managed directly by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings > Tap Your Apple ID Name > Subscriptions > Vouch AI. Tap Cancel Subscription at least 24 hours before your 3-day free trial ends to prevent auto-renewal charges.
In the Vouch AI app, navigate to the Routine Analytics tab, select your date range (e.g., Last 30 Days), and tap the Export PDF Report button in the top right corner to save or email your compliance report.
During initial setup, Vouch AI requests permission to send Critical Alerts. Enabling Critical Alerts allows Vouch AI medication alarms to play audible ringers even when your iPhone is set to Silent Mode or Do Not Disturb.
